Welcome to Ace Mentoring. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully, as they govern your relationship with Ace Mentoring.

 

1. Services Provided

Ace Mentoring offers personalised business consulting services, including one-off consultations, ongoing consultations, quarterly reviews, and additional business resources. These services are designed to provide guidance, advice, and support based on the information provided by the client. All services are advisory in nature and do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.

Ace Mentoring does not guarantee specific business outcomes, financial performance, or results. All services are provided on a best-effort basis, and client outcomes may vary depending on personal effort, market conditions, and other variables beyond Ace Mentoring’s control.

 

2. Client Responsibilities

​

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during consultations and for implementing the strategies and action plans discussed. Ace Mentoring is not liable for the outcomes of client decisions or actions based on the advice provided.

 

3. Payments

​

One-Off Consultations: Payments for one-off consultations must be made in full prior to the session.

Ongoing Consultations: Payments for ongoing consultations can be made monthly or as part of a long-term package. Payment terms will be outlined in the client agreement.

Direct Debit: For clients on monthly payment plans, Ace Mentoring may offer direct debit services through a secure payment provider. By signing up for ongoing consultations, clients agree to the automatic deduction of fees on the agreed-upon schedule.

Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, except in cases where Ace Mentoring is unable to provide the agreed-upon services.

Refunds are not provided in cases where the client is dissatisfied with the results of the consulting, as the services are advisory in nature and outcomes are not guaranteed.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

One-Off Consultations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made after this period may be charged in full.

Ongoing Consultations: Clients may cancel ongoing consultations at any time with 30 days' notice. Rescheduling ongoing sessions requires 48 hours' notice.

Refunds for Early Termination: In the case of long-term packages, refunds for early termination are not provided.

 

5. Confidentiality

Ace Mentoring respects the confidentiality of all client information. All discussions, documents, and personal information shared during consultations will remain confidential unless required by law or explicitly agreed upon by the client.

 

6. Disclaimer

Ace Mentoring is not a licensed financial advisor, tax professional, or legal advisor. The advice provided is based on personal experience and is for informational purposes only. Clients should consult licensed professionals for personalised financial, tax, or legal advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

​

Ace Mentoring is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of our services. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions. Ace Mentoring provides guidance, but the client is ultimately responsible for the implementation and success of their business strategies.

 

8. Intellectual Property

​

All content provided by Ace Mentoring, including but not limited to PDFs, action plans, and resources, is the intellectual property of Ace Mentoring. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal or business purposes only. Clients may not distribute, copy, or reproduce these materials without explicit permission.

 

9. Changes to Terms

Ace Mentoring reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes to the Terms of Service.

 

10. Governing Law

 

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
